Upon immigrating to the United States, she transitioned to working as an immigration paralegal for 9 years. In 2021, she earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University College of Law. Motivated by her dedication and extensive experience, Ofelia Fernandez Fernandez established Fernandez Law Office, LLC, with the mission of providing comprehensive legal support to the immigrant community in the United States.

Roxana Gerardo Fernandez earned her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in 2025. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Philosophy and Criminology from the University of Florida, both awarded in 2022.
Roxana has been dedicated to immigration law since the age of 14, gaining hands-on experience as an intern, paralegal, and now as an attorney. Her academic foundation in critical thinking, ethics, and criminal justice combined with over a decade of practical experience shapes her commitment to advocating for her clients with diligence, compassion, and skill.
